Oracle's EBusiness Applications is a completely integrated suite of products for planning and managing all aspects of a Business Enterprise -- everything from customer relationships to enterprise resources. Oracle's Service suite of applications includes TeleService, Support, Knowlegde Management and Intelligence.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a member of the QA team, you will work closely with product management and development teams to ensure the quality of the Oracle's Service applications before they are released into the marketplace. Duties & Responsibilites include:
. Participate in product feature design
. Conduct reviews of requirement specifications as well as functional and technical designs
. Design and develop test cases based on Business & Industry scenarios as well as functional & technical designs
. Execute QA tests such as unit, system, certification, regression and performance
. Develop and maintain automated test scripts
. Document product defects & bugs and manage their resolution
. Determine product acceptability for release into marketplace
QUALIFICATIONS
. BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
. 2+ years of related experience
. Expert in automated testing tools
. Excellent written and oral communication skills
. Strong Problem Solving and Analytical skills
. Outstanding Organizing & Planning skills
. Strong understanding of QA principles and processes
. Understanding of Oracle applications technologies
. Committed to Quality
. Demonstrated Team Player
DESIRABLE SKILLS
. Highly motivated self starter with ability to work under minimal supervision
. Experience with Oracle Applications highly desirable
. Experience in implementing or using Oracle's Service Applications
